The electronic InterTransIS Visit Reporting Service product is designed in close corporation with one of the leading ship agents in Rotterdam. By means of the Tram4U platform this product provides all necessary functionalities to report the status of an expected ship and the other ships involved to the agent. Additionally, this product handles the messages for ISPS visitors and provides the actual status and positions of all ships. The billing is done immediately after arrival of the vessel and is addressed to “Master/Owner of the vessel” in order to enable the Ship agent to prepare the Disbursement Account. This product supports the ship and its agent with the most actual and relevant information for a smooth port visit.
